Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities at Epoque Group:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects
- Generating and qualifying property leads for the team
- Explaining project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to prospective buyers
- Scheduling site visits and coordinating meetings with managers
- Conducting regular follow-ups with interested customers for conversions
- Maintaining and updating customer data and lead status in CRM systems
- Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth lead closure processes
- Building strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Ensuring prompt customer engagement to improve conversions and sales opportunities
