Senior Test Engineer
Job Description: • Lead testing strategy for financial platforms in Mutual Funds, Asset Management, or Stock Brokerage domains • Validate complex workflows including SIP processing, NAV calculations, portfolio rebalancing, and compliance reporting • Drive web and mobile automation testing and guide team members on automation best practices • Coordinate day-to-day QA activities and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones • Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality standards across the team • Support CI/CD integration to ensure automated tests run efficiently in the release cycle • Translate business requirements into clear and effective technical test cases • Ensure high quality, performance, and reliability of trading and investment platforms Required Skills: • 8–12 years of experience in Software Testing • Strong domain expertise in Mutual Funds / Asset Management / Stock Brokerage • Hands-on experience in web and mobile automation testing • Good understanding of CI/CD integration in test automation • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environmentExperience Level
