Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities (JD)Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle ticketing operations (booking, cancellations, upgrades)
  • Assist guests inside auditoriums (ushering, seating support)
  • Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in lobby, counters, and auditoriums
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely
  • Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and upselling of products
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth operations during peak hours
