The candidate will be responsible for scheduling service visits, handling customer queries, maintaining service records, coordinating billing activities, and ensuring smooth service operations. 📌 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Act as the primary liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal departments

📅 Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer requests, priority, and location

📝 Maintain detailed records of service requests, customer interactions, and completed work

💵 Ensure timely and accurate billing for services rendered

🎯 Monitor and follow up on open service tickets for prompt resolution

📦 Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability of parts and equipment

🤝 Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required

📋 Support the service team with administrative tasks such as timesheets, compliance documents, and maintenance contracts

🔄 Work as a cross-functional team member and support operations wherever required

💰 Salary & Incentives:

💵 Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (as per experience & skills)
