Quick Commerce Dark - Store

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead picker-packers, loaders, and other store associates during the shift.

Ensure timely order picking, packing, and handover to delivery partners within defined SLAs.

Monitor key operational metrics such as order turnaround time (O2A), picker productivity, and order accuracy.

Allocate manpower based on order volumes and operational requirements.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and proper stock movement.

Coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory shortages, damages, and operational issues.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues, including rider coordination and customer order escalations.

Maintain shift reports, attendance, productivity records, and incident logs.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.

Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies during the shift.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of warehouse or dark store operations.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Good understanding of inventory management and operational KPIs.

Prior experience as a Team Leader or Shift Incharge in a dark store is preferred.
