Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee store operations during assigned shifts. The role includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, and achieving daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations during your shift
• Manage and guide store staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Ensure product freshness, quality, and display standards
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain store hygiene and comply with food safety guidelines
• Support in training new staff members
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B/retail preferred
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of store operations and team management
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Problem-solving attitude and leadership skills
