Shift Supervisor

SHIFT SUPERVISOR – LPG FILLING FLOOR OPERATIONS

Location: IOCL LPG Bottling Plant, Cherlapally, Hyderabad

We are looking for dedicated and energetic Shift Supervisors to oversee LPG bottling and filling floor operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day LPG cylinder filling operations on the bottling floor.

• Ensure smooth execution of bottling activities as per plant procedures and safety standards.

• Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, attendance, and work discipline.

• Coordinate with plant officials for operational requirements and shift activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and work instructions.

• Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation.

• Identify and report operational issues, unsafe conditions, and manpower concerns.

• Ensure uninterrupted workflow and efficient utilization of resources during the shift.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in LPG Bottling Plants, Gas Plants, Manufacturing Units, or Industrial Operations.

• Ability to supervise workforce and work in rotational shifts.

• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)
