The Role:

We are looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Site Audit Executives to join our expanding operations team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be the critical link between our sales and installation teams, ensuring that on-site assessments and measurements for Wallpaper and Wooden Flooring are executed with 100% accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being on the field, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision directly impacts customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Own:

• Conduct Precise Site Audits: Visit customer sites across Hyderabad to take accurate measurements and assess site readiness for wallpaper and wooden flooring installations.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the vital coordination link between the Sales and Installation teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
• Minimize Delays: Execute timely site assessments to significantly reduce project lead times and eliminate installation bottlenecks.
• Damage & Error Control: Identify potential site issues (e.g., wall dampness, uneven flooring) early on to prevent material wastage or wrong ordering.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Serve as a professional, punctual, and helpful face of Material Depot on-site, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience for the homeowner.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain digital logs of site measurements, photographs, and readiness checklists immediately after visits.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in site auditing, field measurements, or operations within the interior design, home decor, construction, or real estate industries.
• Technical Knack: Proven ability to take highly accurate physical measurements using traditional tapes and digital laser measures.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily travel across Hyderabad.
• Strong Communication: Ability to clearly communicate site conditions to internal teams and comfortably interact with customers on-site.
• Ownership Mindset: High execution drive, punctuality, and comfort with a fast-paced, field-heavy operational role.
