LOCATION: Hyderabad (with occasional travel to project sites in other cities)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 1-2 years in interior execution/site supervision

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

REPORTS TO: Principal Designer / Project Manager

ROLE DEFINITION The Interior Architecture Site Supervisor is responsible for on-ground execution of residential interior projects, ensuring design intent is translated accurately, quality standards are maintained, timelines are met, and client satisfaction is achieved through effective coordination with contractors, vendors, and the design team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)1. Site Execution & Quality Control Ensure all interior work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, and quality standards

2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Manage daily coordination with carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and material suppliers

3. Timeline & Progress Management Monitor project milestones, track progress, and ensure timely completion within scheduled deadlines

4. Client Communication & Satisfaction Act as on-site point of contact for clients, address concerns promptly, and maintain professional relationships

5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and photographic documentation
