Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior projects from execution to completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, contractors, vendors, and ensuring that all site work is completed as per approved drawings, design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day interior site execution.
• Execute work strictly as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, and other site workers.
• Check site measurements and verify material quantities and usage.
• Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, civil and finishing works.
• Ensure proper quality and finishing of all interior works.
• Plan and coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
• Monitor labour productivity and maintain proper site discipline.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure materials are handled properly.
• Identify site issues, defects, and execution problems and report them to the project/design team.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and share regular photo/video updates through WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed within the committed schedule.
• Conduct snag checks and ensure all pending works are completed before project handover.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization at the site.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision/execution.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand working drawings.
• Good knowledge of materials, measurements, and site execution.
• Strong labour and vendor coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel to different project sites across Hyderabad.
• Candidates who can independently handle a site will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
