Job Description

Job Overview:

As an SKF IPS (Industrial Parts Supplier) Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling SKF's Bearings and products to potential clients( RETAILERS/WHOLESALERS ).

This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and the ability to understand and make strong relations with retailers in the region.


The SKF IPS Sales Executive will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their unique needs, and proposing tailored SKF IPS solutions to enhance their overall operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers for SKF IPS activation/registration in the assigned region or market segment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.


Customer Relationship Management:


  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations ( RETAILERS AND WHOLESALERS )
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase SKF IPS schemes and address customer inquiries.


Market Analysis:


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance SKF IPS offerings based on customer and market insights.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. ( Preferred )
  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


Additional Requirements:


  • Willingness to travel in Hyderabad and Telangana to key retailers and establish strong links.


  • Familiarity with CRM tools for effective pipeline management.


  • Adaptability to evolving product offerings and market dynamics.
