Job Purpose: SME - Operations Electrical is responsible for expert oversight and strategic management of the data center's electrical systems, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves leading improvement initiatives, problem-solving in collaboration with teams, mentoring junior staff, and supporting the facility's growth through robust electrical operations.

Electrical Systems Management:

Provide expert guidance and oversight in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems within data center facilities.

Strategic Optimization:

Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of electrical packages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal impact on operations.

Assessments and Audits:

Conduct regular assessments and audits of electrical systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Technical Support:

Offer technical support and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Project Planning and Execution:

Participate in the planning and execution of expansion projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations for the integration of new electrical systems.

Industry Trends:

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and enhance the overall performance of electrical operations.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Incident Resolution [P0]:

Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to minimize service disruptions with proper CAPA

Design Validation [L0] and withnessing T&C Activities [L4 & L5]:

Ensure no SPOF and gaps in the design and ensure SOO & IST are aligned

Educational Qualification:

B.E. in Electrical Engineering
