Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand's presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, execute social media campaigns, monitor performance, and build meaningful relationships with our online community. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, content creation, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and captions.
• Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors when required.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Preferred SkillsVideo editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience running Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
