Are you driven, well-connected, and want to earn without a salary cap?
Shree Ram Solar is an authorized, empanelled vendor for the central government’s PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. We are looking for local Field Sales Partners in Hyderabad to help homeowners claim up to ₹78,000 in government subsidies by installing rooftop solar.
Because this is a highly subsidized government scheme, the product almost sells itself. This is a 100% commission-based role with industry-leading payouts per kilowatt (kW) sold.
What You Will Do:
Visit independent houses, villas, and RWA societies in your neighborhood.
Educate homeowners on the PM Surya Ghar subsidy and how they can get zero electricity bills.
Collect basic details (electricity bill, roof space) for our technical team to generate a quote.
Follow up with interested customers and close the deal.
What We Provide (Your Support):
High Payouts: Earn ₹1,500 to ₹2,500+ for every kW installed. (Closing just two 3kW residential systems a week makes you ₹36,000+ a month).
Marketing Material: Free ID card, visiting cards, and PM Surya Ghar subsidy flyers.
Full Training: We teach you exactly how the subsidy works and how to answer customer questions.
Backend Support: You bring the customer; we handle the technical site survey, installation, and government portal approvals.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 0-3 years. Prior experience in real estate, insurance, loan recovery, or local field sales is a huge advantage.
Language: Must speak fluent Telugu and basic Hindi/English.
Mobility: Must have a 2-wheeler and smartphone.
Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
