Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of various solutions. This role requires applying standardized process methodologies to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery sites, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in both response creation and operational support activities, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective solution delivery across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or challenges.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and configuration management database integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing hardware asset tracking and inventory control processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows within ServiceNow HAM to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and their application within asset management frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware asset data accuracy and reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
