Key Responsibilities • Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies. • Proficient with SFDX CLI–driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery. • Deep experience with scratch org–based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments. • Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation • Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team • Need to solution independently and guide the full scrum team follow the truist process and implement required solutions • Work closely with product team • Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability • Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events • Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance standards • Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high test coverage and code quality • Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements • Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption
