About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Spoken English & Communication Skills Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over the English language and the ability to train students, fresh graduates, and working professionals to improve their communication skills, confidence, and employability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and conversational English.
• Conduct interactive classroom activities, role plays, debates, presentations, and group discussions.
• Train students in public speaking, personality development, and professional etiquette.
• Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and workplace communication.
• Design lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance records, student performance reports, and training documentation.
• Create a positive, motivating, and learner-friendly classroom environment.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and communication development activities.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and language learning techniques.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or any relevant discipline.
• Certification in Spoken English, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or Soft Skills Training is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3–8 years of experience in Spoken English or Communication Skills training.

• Student attendance and participation.
• Improvement in students' spoken English and communication skills.
• Student feedback and satisfaction ratings.
• Successful completion of training batches.
• Interview and placement readiness of students.
