Sports Facility Manager

Nex Arena is looking for a proactive and energetic Sports Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sports facilities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to ensure smooth operations while maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of badminton courts, box cricket, turf, and other sports facilities.
• Coordinate with facility staff, reception executives, housekeeping, and coaches.
• Ensure courts and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and booking-related issues professionally.
• Monitor online and offline bookings and optimize court utilization.
• Maintain daily cash collections, billing, expenses, and operational reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Drive memberships, tournaments, coaching programs, and corporate bookings.
• Monitor customer feedback and work towards improving service quality.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

Train staff on SOPs, customer service, and operational processes.
