Sr.Ariba consultant

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ariba modules (Contracts, Sourcing, P2P, SLP) thereby providing functional and product expert knowledge and guidance to our customers.
• Should have at-least 5 years of experience.
• Should have experience and know-how of Ariba and ECC integration functionally.
• Provide expert functional and technical support (L2 & L3) across Ariba cloud as well as on-premise solutions.
• knowledge in Ariba network integration.
• Work directly with clients to gather an understanding of their business needs and assist the client in the configuration and implementation and support .
• Assess customer’s Ariba solutions (Ariba Upstream, Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Ariba Network) and assist in system configuration.
• Plan and manage multiple customer projects and handle customer expectations effectively and efficiently.
