Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – HRO (T2 Compensation, P&O Solutions)
In this role, you will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, and process and project management within the Workday Compensation scope. You will serve as a subject matter expert supporting business process administration, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement activities in partnership with P&O stakeholders. We are looking for a P&O Solutions Manager who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform (for defined scope) performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support
Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization, and leverage return on technological capabilities.
Partner with GPO, COEs and P&O Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive adoption of global standards Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Serve as an escalation point and lead for process design and system configuration support

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in HR Systems, HRIS, Compensation configuration experience in design user centric technology solutions
2 Relevant experience of Workday business process & configuration responsibility and reporting experience
