Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – HRO (T2 Compensation, P&O Solutions) 

In this role, you will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, and process and project management within the Workday Compensation scope. You will serve as a subject matter expert supporting business process administration, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement activities in partnership with P&O stakeholders. We are looking for a P&O Solutions Manager who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management. 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform (for defined scope) performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support 

  • Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization, and leverage return on technological capabilities. 

  • Partner with GPO, COEs and P&O Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive adoption of global standards Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement 

  • Serve as an escalation point and lead for process design and system configuration support

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • Relevant experience in HR Systems, HRIS, Compensation configuration experience in design user centric technology solutions 

  • 2 Relevant experience of Workday business process & configuration responsibility and reporting experience
