Responsibilities
Responsibilities Drive a cohesive vision across teams, providing customer-centric input on priorities, communicating status and updates, while creating clarity on objectives to be delivered.  Ability to create general contractor framework to deliver horizontal reliability initiatives.   You can influence various engineering roles from engineer to engineering leadership.  You are the creator and advocate of the Story (the why) and are responsible for describing the value and promoting the work at the appropriate external and internal venues.  Define what success looks like, how we measure it, and how we get there.  Create an inclusive work environment where every team member can bring their full and authentic self, where all voices are heard, and the team can deliver their best work as a result. 

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development  OR equivalent experience.  6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.  1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
