Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health staff, and other nurses to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Support emergency care and respond promptly to critical situations.
- Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness in the assigned unit.
Qualifications:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/registration with AP/Telangana.
