Job Description

* Provide direct nursing care to women of all ages, handling multiple health concerns and conditions.

* Assess patient health through regular check-ups, screenings, and consultations.

* Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

* Assist in gynecological examinations, Pap smears, and other reproductive health procedures.

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatments provided.

* Educate patients about preventive measures, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.

* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a caring and professional manner.

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

* Ensure compliance with medical and nursing standards, policies, and procedures.

* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
