Job Description
A Staff Nurse at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited in Pune (based on general company roles) provides professional patient care, including patient assessment, phlebotomy, monitoring vital signs, and supporting diagnostic imaging (MRI/CT) or pathology procedures. They ensure high-quality patient service, often requiring GNM/B.Sc nursing qualifications with 1-2 years of experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Assessment: Observing, assessing, and recording patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
Diagnostic Support: Assisting technicians and doctors with diagnostic tests, imaging procedures (like CT or MRI), and procedures requiring contrast media.
Clinical Duties: Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and preparing patients for diagnostics.
Sample Collection: Performing phlebotomy and collecting other laboratory specimens.
Support & Documentation: Providing patient education, maintaining accurate medical records, and managing patient flow.
