Store Executive

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
• Perform regular stock verification and cycle counting
• Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels

2. Goods Receipt & Inspection

• Receive incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans
• Verify quantity and basic quality (as per documents/specifications)
• Coordinate with QC for detailed inspection when required

3. Storage & Preservation

• Ensure proper storage of materials to avoid damage, corrosion, or loss
• Follow FIFO / LIFO / FEFO methods as applicable
• Maintain proper labeling and identification of materials

4. Material Issue & Dispatch

• Issue materials to production as per requisitions
• Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward movements
• Coordinate dispatch of finished goods with logistics/transport teams

5. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP entries
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports

6. Coordination

• Work closely with Purchase, Production, QC, and Accounts departments
• Assist in material planning and procurement follow-ups

7. Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area (5S practices)
• Follow company safety guidelines
