Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Type: Full-time (6 Days a week)

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Reports to: Brand Founder

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized individual to manage our customer touchpoints at Zarivaram. Operating at the intersection of client relations and digital community management, you will work directly with the founder to welcome guests, maintain consistent communication with our audience, and support our growing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Tele-calling: Manage all incoming inquiries across phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital forms.

Follow-ups: Maintain systematic follow-ups with leads, event attendees, and past clients to assist them in scheduling visits.

Store Hosting: Welcome and host clients during their visits to our Jubilee Hills Sanctuary, delivering a warm, premium experience.

Social Media Management: Coordinate everyday social media scheduling, engage with comments and direct messages, and assist the creative team during content shoots.

Founder Support: Collaborate closely with the founder on daily operational needs, scheduling boutique appointments, and tracking growth metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

Communication Skills: Fluency in both Telugu and English is essential. You must be comfortable speaking directly with premium clients.

Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with Instagram management, WhatsApp Business, and basic spreadsheets for data tracking.

Interpersonal Skills: A warm, confident, and polite personality with a natural knack for customer service and hosting.

Reliability: High discipline regarding punctuality, daily follow-up structures, and data organization.

Experience: Previous experience in retail, front-office management, tele-calling, or customer relations is a significant plus, but a strong willingness to learn is highly valued.
