Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and active Store Manager to handle day-to-day store operations, ensure smooth functioning, manage staff, and maintain quality standards at Country Chicken Co.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations on a daily basis
• Handle inventory management including stock tracking, wastage control, and timely replenishment
• Conduct daily opening and closing stock audits and maintain proper records
• Ensure proper stock reconciliation and report any mismatches
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
• Supervise store staff and ensure proper shift management
• Provide good customer service and resolve customer issues
• Monitor product quality and ensure fresh stock availability
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth functioning
• Ensure targets and sales goals are achieved

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail/store management (preferably food industry)
• Experience in inventory handling and stock auditing is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Good communication and team handling skills
• Willing to travel if required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
