Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Store Manager** to lead and oversee all operations at Super Electricals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 5+ years in retail management, preferably in electrical supplies or hardware retail. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory standards, and upholding brand reputation.

## Key Responsibilities
- **Store Operations & Management**
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Manage store hours, scheduling, and ensure adequate staffing levels
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic and sales revenue
- Monitor sales trends, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective measures
- Promote new products and manage promotional campaigns effectively
- **Team Leadership & Development**
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain high employee morale
- Identify training needs and develop staff for career advancement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- **Customer Service Excellence**
- Maintain highest standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
- Gather customer feedback and implement improvements
- **Inventory & Stock Management**
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records
- Minimize shrinkage and wastage through proper handling and storage
- Ensure timely receipt, placement, and rotation of merchandise
- **Financial Management**
- Control operating expenses and maintain budget compliance
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly financial reports
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- **Visual Merchandising & Store Layout**
- Oversee store displays and ensure attractive product presentation
- Optimize store layout for customer flow and sales maximization
- Ensure proper signage, labeling, and pricing accuracy
- **Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions
- Maintain appropriate fire safety measures and emergency procedures
- Keep detailed records and documentation as required

## Required Qualifications
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in electrical supplies, hardware, or related field
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- **Sales Acumen**: Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- **Technical Knowledge**: Working knowledge of electrical products, specifications, and applications (preferred)
