Job SummaryOrganic World is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage teams, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in supermarkets, grocery, FMCG, or organic food retail.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment activities.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store presentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and procurement teams for stock management.
- Control store expenses, shrinkage, and wastage.
- Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong knowledge of supermarket/grocery retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
