Job Description

  1. Job Title: Store Manager - Radha Manoharam About Radha Manoharam Radha Manoharam is a premium handloom saree boutique specializing in curated weaves, timeless craftsmanship, and a refined customer experience. We blend tradition with modern retail and digital storytelling.
  2. Role Overview We are looking for a Store Manager who can seamlessly combine retail operations, customer experience, and brand storytelling.
  3. This role requires someone who understands sarees deeply and can represent the brand both in-store and online.
  4. Key Responsibilities : Store Operations & Sales, Manage day-to-day boutique operations Drive walk-in conversions and customer engagement Maintain store presentation aligned with premium positioning Handle billing, inventory tracking, and order management, Saree Handling & Styling, Expertly drape sarees for customers Fold and maintain sarees with care (silk, organza, kota, tussar etc.) Assist customers in styling and selection based on occasion 3.
  5. Deliver a high-touch, personalized shopping experience Build relationships with repeat and high-value clients Handle customer queries (in-store, WhatsApp, Instagram) 4. Social Media & Content Support
  6. Assist in creating daily content (reels, stories, product videos) Basic understanding of Instagram trends and aesthetics Coordinate with marketing team for posts, launches, and campaigns 5. Inventory & Coordination
  7. Track stock movement and maintain inventory hygiene Coordinate with backend/logistics for dispatches and returns Ensure proper tagging, packaging, and storage Required Skills & Qualifications
  8. Prior experience in saree retail / ethnic wear boutique (preferred) Strong ability to drape sarees neatly and confidently
  9. Excellent spoken English + customer-facing communication skills Basic understanding of Instagram/social media content Strong sense of aesthetics and presentation Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Preferred Traits Passion for handlooms and Indian textiles
  10. Polished personality suited for a premium brand Proactive and ownership-driven Comfortable being on camera (for reels/videos) Location Hyderabad (Gachibowli) Compensation.
