Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Manager

Job SummaryThe Store Supervisor is responsible for supporting store management in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining store standards, achieving sales targets, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Supervision Lead, motivate, and supervise sales associates and store staff
• Assign tasks and ensure staff productivity
• Assist in training new employees and ongoing coaching
• Customer ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations
• Promote a customer-first culture within the team
• Sales & PerformanceSupport the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor daily sales performance and suggest improvements
• Upsell and cross-sell products when needed
• Store OperationsOversee opening and closing procedures
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment
• Inventory & MerchandisingConduct stock counts and inventory audits
• Ensure accurate pricing and product displays
• Prevent loss through proper handling and security procedures
• Administrative DutiesPrepare reports on sales, staff performance, and store activities
• Assist with scheduling staff shifts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)
• Previous retail experience (1–3 years; supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic math and computer skills (POS systems, inventory software)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Working ConditionsRetail store environment
• Standing for extended periods
• May require lifting and moving merchandise
