Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in managing staff, maintaining store standards, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Supervise, train, and motivate store staff

Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively

Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment

Handle billing, cash management, and store reports

Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store

Act as Store Manager in their absence

Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Handle customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth store operations

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning

Assist in promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail/QSR/hospitality

Good communication and leadership skills

Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems

Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently

Preferred Skills:

Team management and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational abilities

Basic understanding of inventory and stock audits

Leadership and decision-making capability
