Student Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Student Career Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable IT training programs and career paths. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, counselling abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and job seekers regarding IT courses, career opportunities, and certification programs.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs such as Java Full Stack, Python, Data Science, AWS, DevOps, Testing, AI/ML, etc.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
• Explain course curriculum, training process, placements, fee structure, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain student enquiry database.
• Coordinate with trainers and placement teams for smooth student onboarding and support.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, webinars, and counselling activities in colleges or online platforms.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide post-admission support when required.
