Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Assign routes to delivery personnel, monitor attendance, and provide on-the-job training and performance evaluations.
  • Logistics & Routing: Plan and adjust delivery schedules based on volume, traffic conditions, and priority, utilizing GPS tracking and delivery management systems.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all packages are handled safely, traffic laws are obeyed, and company policies are strictly enforced.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for frontline escalations, damaged or missing items, and customer disputes.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily logs, inventory records, and delivery reports to identify bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency.
