Location: Hyderabad (Travel within city – 3 Branches)

Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and onsite visits.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, POS, and hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity (L0).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Configure Outlook, Microsoft 365, email clients, and printers.
• Install software, drivers, antivirus, and business applications.
• Create, update, and close tickets in the Help Desk ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers with proper documentation.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and network equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Set up new users with systems, accounts, and required software.
• Follow company SOPs while providing professional customer support.
• Ensure permanent resolution for recurring desktop, printer, and networking issues.
