System Network Administrator

Position:

System Administrator – BPO Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure within our BPO environment. The candidate will be responsible for handling networking, firewall management, system uptime, server maintenance, user access management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company servers, desktops, systems, and network infrastructure.

Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and network devices.

Handle LAN/WAN setup, VPN connectivity, and internet bandwidth management.

Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and compliance with IT security policies.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.

Manage user access controls, email configurations, and Active Directory administration.

Perform regular system backups, patch updates, and preventive maintenance activities.

Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory records for systems and networking equipment.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and infrastructure upgrades.

Support BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and Disaster Recovery processes.

Maintain uptime for dialers, CRM tools, attendance systems, and operational applications used in the BPO environment.

Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV, biometric devices, and office connectivity infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.

Hands-on experience in firewall configuration, networking, and system troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN setup.

Experience in handling routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and network monitoring tools.

Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and endpoint security solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to handle critical incidents and work under pressure.

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
