Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tamil Collection & Recovery Executive to manage outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, possess strong negotiation skills, and be comfortable handling customer interactions related to payment follow-ups and recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to follow up on overdue payments
- Communicate clearly in Tamil and, if required, in English or other local languages
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during recovery processes
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes or discrepancies in accounts
Achieve monthly collection targets and performance goals
