Tandoori Chef – Job Role

  1. Make Shawarma, kebabs and Rumali roti and roti on tandoor and grill properly
  2. Prepare chicken, marination and keep items ready for cooking
  3. Check taste, quality and cooking time for every order
  4. Keep tandoor, grill and kitchen area clean and safe
  5. Manage stock of chicken, sauces and daily materials
  6. Work fast during rush and follow instructions from manager
