Team Lead- Call Center(Sales Team Lead)

Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Sales Team Leader to join our domestic voice process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing call centre sales teams, driving revenue, and maintaining operational metrics. Fluency in Telugu is mandatory for this role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Target Management: Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. Conduct morning huddles/check-ins to set daily objectives and monitor progress.
• People Management: Motivate team members daily, manage roster/manpower requirements, and actively work to minimize Attrition and Shrinkage.
• Coaching & Development: Conduct regular feedback sessions, identify knowledge gaps, and implement training plans to improve individual and team conversion rates.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Track team performance data, analyze sales trends, create forecasts, and report directly to operations management.
• Required Skill Set & QualificationsExperience: Overall 5+ years of experience in a call centre environment, with at least 3 years of solid experience as a Sales Team Leader (Voice Process).
• Language Skills: Complete fluency and understanding of the Telugu language is a must.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard call centre terms, tools, and KPIs (e.g., AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Conversion Rate, Quality Scores).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, understand performance reports, and extract actionable insights.
• Leadership: Excellent coaching, motivational, and people-management skills.
