Team Leader

Organic World is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Team Leader to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of retail experience, including team handling and store operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Monitor daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Drive product sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Track store performance and prepare daily sales reports.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
• Handle cash management and billing operations as per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations/team handling.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays as required.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
