Team Leader

NetAmbit Value First Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Team Leaders for the Google Pay Merchant Acquisition project. The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience along with hands-on team handling experience and the ability to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
2. Drive merchant acquisition for Google Pay products (QR, EDC/POS, and Sound Box).
3. Ensure the team consistently achieves daily, weekly. d monthly sales targets.
4. Conduct field visits with team members and provide on-the-job coaching. Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
5. Train and onboard new team members.
6. Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve field-level issues.
7. Submit daily reports and updates to the Area Manager.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies and client guidelines Eligibility
9. Minimum 6 months-1+ year Team Handling experience (Mandatory).
10. Experience in Digital Payments, FinTech, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or Merchant Acquisition preferred
11. Strong leadership and communication skills.
12. Comfortable with field sales and travel.
13. Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
