Team Leader – General Insurance Telecalling

Job Description:

We are hiring a Team Leader for General Insurance outbound sales process. Candidate should have experience in telecalling team handling, CRM monitoring, sales tracking, and team performance management.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Handle and monitor telecalling team daily activities

•⁠ ⁠Assign leads and targets through CRM system

•⁠ ⁠Monitor call recordings, follow-ups, and sales performance

•⁠ ⁠Train new telecallers on calling process, customer handling, and sales communication

•⁠ ⁠Support team members in lead conversion and objection handling

•⁠ ⁠Track attendance, productivity, and daily reports in CRM

•⁠ ⁠Conduct call quality checks and performance reviews

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper follow-up and timely customer response

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with management for team target achievement and process improvement

•⁠ ⁠Take escalation calls and support important customer discussions when required

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years experience in telecalling team handling or insurance sales

•⁠ ⁠Experience using CRM systems and sales monitoring tools

•⁠ ⁠Good leadership, communication, and training skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up and target management ability

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
