Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented engineering team member to coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, manage breakdown records, and ensure adherence to SOPs, critical for maintaining operational efficiency and equipment reliability. This role plays a pivotal part in inventory control, and CAPA closure, contributing to seamless production operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective resource utilization in HVAC systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

1. 1. Responsible to author of Engineering SOPs.
   2. Responsible to handle Change controls, Deviations, investigation and CAPAs.
   3. Responsible to handle HVAC validations.
   4. Ensuring the implementation of CAPA and justifications (wherever applicable).
   5. Responsible to Audit response and compliance.
   6. Responsible for preparation of URS,DQ, Qualification activities.
   7. Responsible to involve and co-ordinate internal and regulatory audits.
   8. Responsible to PM Planner in SAP.
   9. Digital Projects implementation for Capacity Enhancement & OEE Improvement.
   10. Responsible for coordinating and executing project development and handover activities of in-house projects in the plant.
   11. Preparation and review of vendor’s technical agreement/quality agreement.
   12. Guiding and controlling external vendors working inside plant and arranging required material as per technical details required for work completion.
   13. In house Project Works and coordination with vendors during projects execution.
   14. Following all related SOPs, PMPs & OI's and ensuring concurrent Documentation.
   15. Maintenance & Machining of parts as per requirement.
   16. Review of Engineering Provisions and drawings/layouts.
   17. Training the user department and ensuring regular operation of systems implemented.
   18. Responsible for addressing the deviations in external/internal audit observation in engineering processes, practices followed.
   19. Adherence to cGMP, GDP and GxP.
   20. To follow safety procedures.
   21. Responsible to timely completion of trainings assigned in I learn.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: A Diploma or a B.Tech

Minimum work experience: 8 to 12 years

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills
• Knowledge and experience in handling mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance related to HVAC.
• Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of machines and equipment in HVAC.
• Experience in managing preventive maintenance plans.
• Ability to manage maintenance budget of an area/unit.
• Knowledge of GMP and GEP.

Behavioural skills
• Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross functional teams, external contractors and agencies.
• Attention to detail to ensure preventive maintenance, documentation, and inventory control.
• Commitment to quality and compliance.
