Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with client expectations.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic setting.

Additional Information:
