Technical Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg

Area(s) of responsibility

Strong Experience using UNIX command line interface,
Strong Experience in shell scripting, VI editor and other UNIX-based tools
Strong Experience supporting UNIX based and Windows based servers.
Experience using SQL
Strong Excellent oral / written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of ITIL Processes, ERT calls for P1 etc
Willingness to work flexible shift timings (24*7 environment with rotational night shifts)
Experience in production releases and major application enhancements.
Experience in handling major incidents and impact analysis documents
Better understanding on production / nonproduction and DR environments.
Responsible for providing support in L2/L3 level depending on the priority of the incidents.
