We are currently seeking a Technical Lead / Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

"We are seeking a Consumer Goods Cloud Tech Lead to lead the development and support initiatives for our Consumer Goods Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce expertise, domain knowledge in consumer goods operations, and strong leadership skills to guide a technical team and ensure seamless business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions.
Manage and provide technical support for existing implementations, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
Oversee integration of Salesforce with other systems and ensure data integrity.
Mentor and guide junior developers and support engineers.
Participate in deployment planning, sandbox management, and release activities.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, SOQL/SOSL.
Consumer Goods Cloud Knowledge: Sales, Retail Execution, Account Management, and related modules.
Integration Experience: APIs, ERP, or third-party system integrations.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Project & Team Leadership: Ability to lead development and support teams.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience in Consumer Goods or FMCG domain preferred.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development/support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Desirable
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or advanced analytics.

Hands-on experience with large-scale deployments and migrations."
