Technology Account Lead
Project Role : Technology Account LeadProject Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
As a Technology Account Lead, a typical day involves serving as the main point of contact for all technology-related activities within the assigned account. This role requires coordinating various technology contracts and engagements to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client needs. The Technology Account Lead actively works to broaden the scope of technology services by identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. They develop comprehensive account plans and engage the appropriate stakeholders to optimize outcomes and strengthen client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and business expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive strategic initiatives to align technology solutions with client business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate diverse teams across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and advise clients and internal teams.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with business goals.
- Experience in managing complex technology engagements and coordinating multiple workstreams.
- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving to address challenges impacting project delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
