Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
As a Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for technology initiatives at each assigned account. Your typical day involves integrating technology contracts and engagements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leveraging a wide range of technology offerings to enhance the scope of work. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive technology account plans and ensuring the right personnel are engaged to maximize opportunities and foster account growth. Your role is pivotal in driving technology solutions that align with client needs and objectives, ultimately contributing to the success of both the client and the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and align on technology strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform account strategies.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee technology initiatives.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
