- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong expertise in system performance tuning and capacity planning within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
