- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system performance, tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture design principles and best practices.
- Ability to oversee system upgrades, patches, and migrations ensuring minimal disruption.
- Familiarity with database management and operating system integration related to SAP Basis.
- Skilled in monitoring and maintaining system security and compliance standards.
